In
professional sports car racing circles, Amy Goodman is a well-known,
award-winning expert in racecar engine calibration. Her first media exposure
came only a few years into her career when she became the feature story of
the November 1981 issue of Car Craft Magazine. Not
only was Amy the first women to play with the boys in the all male racecar
industry—but her talents and technical skills propelled her to the front
lines—where she traveled to racetracks nationwide
providing technical support to owners and drivers on the engine management
system and maximizing on-track performance. Amy’s
twenty-five year career culminated into numerous featured articles, nearly
twenty auto-racing championships, and the experience of being pioneer and mentor
to scores of women who have followed her
steps to the frontlines of the automotive racing industry. Most recently, in
March 2005, Maggie Magazine acknowledged Amy for her many successes in life
and her contributions to others. Mid-career,
not yet 40 years old, Amy’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute
to people led her to the beginnings
of her second career as a Life and Business Coach—identifying for her clients
where they get stopped in life—and shattering the barriers with techniques that
bring breakthroughs, have them achieve their
financial aspirations, and fulfill on their dreams. Amy
aligned with Landmark Education, a global leader in training and development
technology—delivering their programs every year to more than 100,000 participants
worldwide. As with her racecar career—Amy pursed vigorous training with
Landmark Education—and has coached hundreds of individuals in causing their
transformation and in leading extraordinary lives. Today
Amy is a Level III Course Supervisor with Landmark Education, making her a
direct partner to the fifty-nine men and women who lead the Landmark Forum
around the world. Being
true to her passion of making a difference in the lives of people, she is a
certified Hypnotist and offers structured, tried and proven international programs
such as Project: Sleek and S*xy, Dollar per Head, How to Make Anyone Feel
Good About Themselves in 30 Seconds, and A Year by Your Design; The Retreat. At the
urging of Mark Victor Hansen look for Amy’s first book “From under the dash
to between the sheets” to hit the bookshelves. |
